AGC Arkansas has been the voice of the Construction Industry in Arkansas for over 90 years. Our full-time lobbying team, legislative committee and state agency liaison committees, vigorously promote and protect the construction industries’ interests both locally and nationally.

The AGC Arkansas family is comprised of all commercial construction companies, including building, highway and utility contractors, as well as subcontractors, suppliers and industry associates statewide.

In addition to legislative representation for all members, we also offer a variety of fun and educational networking events. Events like Lunch & Learns, Happy Hours, Golf Tournaments, Clay Shoots, Baggo Tournaments, Fishing Tournaments, Trivia Nights (and more!) have turned professional relationships into lifelong friendships.

We have established partnerships with Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT), Arkansas Construction Education Foundation (ACEF), and Be Pro Be Proud. Our ARDOT partnership allows our members’ voices to be heard and includes participation in exclusive meetings on major transportation projects. Our ACEF partnership gets you access to the largest and most comprehensive apprenticeship program in the state, and Be Pro Be Proud allows you to be a part of the forefront of workforce development in Arkansas. In addition, we have formed a collaborative alliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to foster safety and health practices and programs to improve workplaces in Arkansas.
