AGC Arkansas Wins Historic Third Consecutive National Chapter of the Year Award
The Associated General Contractors of Arkansas (AGC Arkansas) has made history by winning the AGC of America’s Small Chapter of the Year Award for an unprecedented third consecutive time — a feat no other state in the nation has accomplished.
This remarkable "three-peat" is a testament to AGC Arkansas’ unwavering commitment to advocacy, education and workforce development. The chapter continues to set the standard for excellence, from historic partnerships and legislative victories to cutting-edge training programs that are shaping the future of the construction industry.

As the largest and oldest commercial construction association in the state, AGC Arkansas has been the voice of the construction industry for over 91 years. With over 230 member firms statewide, the association leads the charge in workforce development, safety training, political advocacy and community service.
Highlights of the chapter’s award-winning year include:

Increased PAC fundraising by 122%, contributing to 52 campaign wins.

Signed a historic partnership agreement with the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT).x

Launched innovative CAT Dozer & Excavator training programs in partnership with the Arkansas Construction Education Foundation (ACEF).

Hosted 69 record-breaking events with sold-out sponsorships and attendance

Sponsored and renovated the construction management student lab at UALR.

Expanded safety training offerings to over 65 courses and became an official host site for the OSHA Training Institute.

Opened an office in Fayetteville to better serve their Northwest Arkansas members.

Executed several service projects, including judging the SkillsUSA competition, cooking and serving meals at Our House, quarterly food bank volunteer days, a year-long statewide coat drive and multiple construction projects for Camp Aldersgate.
This award not only recognizes outstanding programs but also AGC Arkansas’ passion for building better communities through service projects, educational outreach and hands-on workforce initiatives.
