SAVE THE DATE!!! Add our 88th Annual Meeting, Awards Banquet, and Casino Night to your calendar. Day events will feature legislative and economic updates, keynote speaker, safety awards, build awards luncheon. Speaker lineup and full agenda will be available soon! Evening events will include the ceremonious passing of the gavel from 2026 Chair, Cindy Williams to 2027 Chair, Steve Forsgren. The banquet will also include the distinguished service award, subcontractor of the year award, associate member of the year award, and CLC outstanding member of the year.
Since the event is AT a casino this year, attendees will be given $20 free play, but we've also invited the party band Mayday by Midnight as live entertainment to help us dance the night away on the light-up dance floor!
FOR EVENING EVENTS: Please note that dinner begins with check in at 5:30pm. You will check in, grab a cocktail and dinner and find a seat for the awards banquet, which will begin at 6pm. Once the ceremony is over, our new president will kick off casino night. The buffet and bar will be open throughout and all food/beverages/cocktails are included, as well as $20 casino free play.
Dress code is black-tie optional. This means men can wear a tuxedo, suit, or jacket and slacks. Ladies can wear formal gowns or cocktail attire. This is not a huge deal, but every year someone asks about the dress code. Just look nice, really. HOWEVER we do have a best dressed contest, so if you want that spa gift card, you’d better gussy up!

$350 ALL THURSDAY EVENTS - Register for ALL Thursday Events. Includes ALL morning and evening events, all meals and open bar.
$200 EVENING EVENTS ONLY - Register for Evening Events Only. Includes Reception and Awards Banquet only. Does not include Luncheon or any events before 5:30pm.
$150 DAYTIME EVENTS ONLY - Register for Daytime Events ONLY. Includes Seminars, Luncheon, and Membership Meeting (all events prior to 2:00pm) Does NOT include Reception and Awards Banquet.
