REGISTER NOW for the AGCAR's 87th Annual Meeting & Casino Night! It will be an HISTORIC EVENT!!!
It's our VERY FIRST Annual Meeting held in Northwest Arkansas! We're also inducting our VERY FIRST FEMALE PRESIDENT, Cindy Williams.
The festivities will be held Thursday, October 23 at the Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas. Day events include a special keynote speaker, legislation updates, safety presentation & awards, and the AGC Build Arkansas Awards Luncheon, followed by our annual membership meeting to elect new board members. Evening events include the annual member awards banquet, passing of the gavel, and casino night.

MORNING EVENTS

8:30am: Check-in/Registration Begins

9:00am: CYA - Check Your Attitude Presented by Matt Booth. This program helps construction professionals recognize how attitude drives energy, relationships, and results, and equips them with tools to stay positive when conditions aren’t.

9:45am: Break

10:00am: AGC Legislative Update with Amanda Story

10:45am: Break

11:00am: The 5 W’s Safety Talk with Adam Davis, Vendoor

11:30am: National AGC Safety Awards with Mitzi Skinner, AGC Arkansas

12:00pm: Lunch and AGC Build Arkansas Awards with Brad Spradlin, AGC Arkansas

1:00pm: Membership Meeting to Elect New Board Members

2:00pm: Adjourn until Evening Events

EVENING EVENTS

5:30pm: Registration and Dinner

6:00pm: Awards Banquet & Passing of the Gavel to 2026 AGC President Cindy Williams followed by Casino Night

 

Please note that dinner begins with check in. You will check in, grab a cocktail and dinner and find a seat for the awards banquet, which will begin at 6pm. Once the ceremony is over, our new president will kick off casino night. The buffet and bar will be open throughout and all food/beverages/cocktails are included, as well as $200 in casino chips.

Dress code is black-tie optional. This means men can wear a tuxedo, suit, or jacket and slacks. Ladies can wear formal gowns or cocktail attire. This is not a huge deal, every year ask about the dress code. Just look nice, really. HOWEVER we do have a best dressed contest, so if you want that spa gift card, you’d better gussy up!

$350 ALL THURSDAY EVENTS - Register for ALL Thursday Events. Includes ALL morning and evening events, all meals and open bar. 

$200 EVENING EVENTS ONLY - Register for Evening Events Only. Includes Reception and Awards Banquet only. Does not include Luncheon or any events before 5:30pm.

$150 DAYTIME EVENTS ONLY - Register for Daytime Events ONLY. Includes Seminars, Luncheon, and Membership Meeting (all events prior to 2:00pm) Does NOT include Reception and Awards Banquet.
