UALR AGC Arkansas Student Chapter is hosting a Taste of Mardi Gras Festival & Fundraiser on March 4 at Riggs CAT in Little Rock! There will be a Best Food and Best Beverage competition, as well as a Best Dressed contest. Music, games, networking and more! Bring your best Southern drink or dish to compete and help raise funds for the AGC Arkansas Student Chapter! Cooking begins at 1pm and tastings and event begins at 3pm!

Time: Cooking begins at 1pm (Outside, behind Riggs CAT). Tasting and Entertainment is from 3pm - 6pm
Cajun Cook Off Award Categories: Best Gumbo, Best Etouffee, Best Jambalaya, Best Miscellaneous (Side/Dessert), Best Signature Cocktail or Mocktail. No limitations for category entries! Each team may enter in any/all categories.
Entertainment:
- There will be NO Costume contest this year. There will be a "Float" (booth) Decorating Contest instead with a CASH prize. (A portion of each registration will go toward the cash prize. Winner takes all.)
- Kordsmeier Music playing LIVE music from 3pm-6pm
- Baggo available just for fun
Registration Fees:
$125/team of four ($25 for each additional guest/individual attendee), Entry fee WAIVED for students with UALR ID!

- $250 Beer and Beverages Sponsor: Includes (2) individual entries.
- $500 Awards & Prize Sponsor: Answer: Includes (1) team entry, or (4) individual entries.
- $650 Entertainment Sponsor: Includes (1) team entry, or (4) individual entries.
- $1,000 Main Sponsors (Join AGC Arkansas and ACEF as Main Sponsors): Includes up to (3) team entries, or (12) individual entries.
- Raffle Prize Sponsors: No entries included for this, but recognized as a sponsor at the event.
