The AGC Arkansas 30TH ANNUAL Associates Division Derby is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 13 at 6:00 p.m. at the Maumelle Event Center. This is AGC Arkansas BIGGEST fundraising event, and has been an annual tradition since 1995! It's our very own, unique spin on Casino Night & Horse Racing -- enjoy networking, gaming, prizes, food, booze and more!  The Derby is also our Associate Division’s only event, so it is required for ALL Associate Members to participate in some way, be it via volunteering, attending, sponsorship or door prize donation. 

 

TICKETS ARE $65 PER PERSON OR $500 PER ROUND TABLE OF 8 or $500 VIP TRACK-SIDE TABLES* OF 6 ONLY 6 AVAILABLE. Tickets include admission, dinner, and open bar.

 

*VIP tables get an unobstructed front-row view of the track at your very own rectangular table.

For multiple tickets, tables, derby dollars, and/or sponsorships, you must complete the 2025 DERBY REGISTRATION FORM and submit to jadams@agcar.net by February 6. All cancellations must be made by this date as well, otherwise full admission will be charged.

 

DERBY DOLLARS ARE HOW YOU PLACE YOUR BETS $1 = 1 DERBY DOLLAR (DD).
MINIMUM BET EACH RACE IS 5 DD WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE DAILY DOUBLE AND RACE 8 (The Mane Event) THESE HAVE A MINIMUM BET OF 10 DD. You CAN buy Derby Dollars at the event from “The Bank,” either with cash or electronically, OR you can skip the bank line and buy them now and get them when you check-in.

$1,000 Food Sponsor: Signage on buffet tables, on all promotional materials, throughout the slideshow, on the program, and announced throughout the show.
 

$750 Beverage Sponsor: Signage on bar, on all promotional materials, throughout the slideshow, on the program, and announced throughout the show.
 

$650 Race Sponsor: Own a race! Company name called throughout your race, logo on screen, on all promotional materials, throughout the slideshow, and on the program. Only 7 Available.
 

$600 Betting Window Sponsor: Signage on all six betting windows, on all promotional materials, throughout the slideshow, on the program, and announced throughout the show. Only 1 available.
 

$500 Prize Sponsor: Signage on prize table, on all promotional materials, on the program, and announced throughout the show. There are 5 door-prize drawings between each race, so your company will be called out for between every race, with logo on screen. 

 

 

$350 Horse Sponsor: Own a horse! You choose the name and the jockey! You must assign a rider before the race. Please enter the actual person riding the horse’s name below. You may also include the horse name (optional). This sponsorship will have your company name called throughout your race, logo on screen, on all promotional materials, throughout the slideshow, and on the program. 36 Available.

 

Donate a Door Prize: Door prizes must be valued at over $100 and will be given away between each race, with your logo on the prize table and company name called out during and after the drawing.


VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Volunteers get free admission and may be assigned to day-of set up, after-event tear down, or one of two shifts working the betting windows (1.5hrs each during event). There are a limited number of volunteer slots available and will be assigned as first-come, first served. Please contact jadams@agcar.net ASAP to volunteer.
