AGC Arkansas Signs OSHA Alliance Agreement

AGC Arkansas and OSHA form a collaborative alliance to foster safety and health practices and programs to continue to improve Arkansas construction workplaces.

Since 2009 we've held a strategic partnership with The U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). They've dissolved their partnership program and created a new Alliance Agreement. Yesterday, our EVP Brad Spradlin, and OSHA Area Director, Kia McCullough signed the new Alliance Agreement! We are just one of TWO organizations in Arkansas (and the only construction association) to do so!

We recognize the value of maintaining a collaborative relationship with OSHA to foster safety and health practices and programs to continue to improve Arkansas construction workplaces. Through this alliance we hope to continue to raise awareness through outreach and communication, develop effective safety and training programs, allow our members opportunities to participate in initiatives and the rule making process, and more!
