Awards

AGC has established three different ways to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the construction industry or the association.

The Arkansas Construction Hall of Fame was established to honor and recognize outstanding individuals in the construction industry. These individuals are held in high esteem by their peers and have demonstrated their professionalism through active support of the industry and their civic and community involvement. A selection committee composed of architects, engineers, contractors and the Director of the Arkansas State Highway & Transportation Department determines the recipients of this honor from nominations submitted by the public.

The Distinguished Service Award (DSA) may be presented annually to a contractor and associate member of the association who have made significant contributions to the welfare of the association. Past DSA recipients determine recipients of this award.

The SIR (Skill, Integrity, Responsibility) Award may be presented annually to an individual outside of the association whose leadership and activities have enhanced the construction industry.
