From Project Manager to Project Leader

Start Date: 3/24/2017 8:00 AM EST
End Date: 3/24/2017 5:00 PM EST

Location:
United States

On average it takes ten successful projects to make up for one really bad project. If your projects are finishing late, if your teams turn over faster than you can learn their names, if your projects are losing money, you need to take this course.  Appropriate for supervisors to owners.

We manage tasks and activities, and those activities must be performed by people, who must be led. It is not enough to simply be a Project Manager. We must become Project Leaders. Participants will learn how to get the most from their project team by focusing on key attitude changes. Simply calling people a team doesn’t make it true.

It isn’t your fault. Most companies don’t provide leadership training.  Improving your soft skills improves your bottom line.
