The Future Leaders Division (FLD) is an Arkansas
AGC division open to all mid-career professionals of AGC member
firms. Its purpose is to provide a forum for mid-career professionals to take advantage of the numerous
benefits that the Arkansas AGC has to offer. The FLD is led
by a steering committee that plans and organizes FLD events.
Each year the FLD holds industry luncheon tours, hosts a sporting
clays shoot for the AGC and it holds a year end social event.
Bi-annually the FLD tours the Arkansas state capitol during a
session of the General Assembly and it hosts a craftsperson
appreciation event for the AGC. For more information on the

A goal of the FLD is to support the emerging
construction industry. To achieve this goal, the FLD makes
an annual contribution to the Arkansas AGC Education Foundation
which awards scholarships to college construction students and the
FLD makes contributions to the John Brown University
Construction Management Club and the University of Arkansas at
Little Rock Construction Management Club to support their
activities when needed.
