Electrical Program

The AGC electrical apprenticeship program is a four year United States Department of Labor approved program.  Apprentices must work for one of the participating contractors (listed below) who in turn pay the apprentices tuition.  Apprentices attend school one night a week at the Pulaski County Adult Education Center in North Little Rock or at the AGC Apprenticeship School in Conway and work full time.  Upon completion of the program the apprentice becomes a certified journeyman electrician by the United States Department of Labor.  Apprentices in Arkansas must also pass a state test to become licensed as an electrician. For more information contact Dan Lee, Director of Education & Training, at (501) 376-6641.
